INDIANAPOLIS — Big dollars are already flying around in NFL free agency, started flying mere minutes after the start of the league’s two-day legal negotiating window in advance of the start of the league year on Wednesday.

Few of those dollars seem to matter to the Colts, who haven't had a deal reported despite opening free agency with more than $102 million available in salary cap space, more than any team in the NFL.
