The Bryan Harsin Era got a little shinier for Red Wolves fans this Thursday when details of the NCAA sanctions were revealed. Per The Advocate from Baton Rouge:
The Cajuns will vacate 22 total wins, including New Orleans Bowl championships in 2011 and 2013, and a shared Sun Belt Conference championship in 2013.
In 2013, the Red Wolves went 8-5, 6-2 in conference to earn a share of the SBC title with ULL, who had finished the year 9-4. The Cajuns not only surrender the title, but their New Orleans Bowl wins against San Diego State (2011) and Tulane (2013).
