Three star defensive back Amik Roberston (Thibodaux) originally committed to Louisiana Tech over the summer, but then decommitted in December. Offers came in from places like Houston, Kansas State, and Texas. But Bulldog country’s collective hearts probably sank when the offer came from LSU.
Being that he is a Louisiana player, fending off out of state offers is one thing. But when the in-state SEC school comes calling, that’s a whole different story (especially when his high school basically wears LSU’s uniforms).
