The collision happened about 8:15 a.m. in the area of North Plains Highway, said Kevin Nursick, spokesman for the state Department of Transportation. The person was in an area that is off limits to the public, he said.
None of the 10 passengers was injured. They had to get off the train and get on another so they could resume the trip, Nursick said.
